Hebrew Health Care's oldest affiliate, The Hebrew Home and Rehabilitation Center, was founded in 1901 as a charitable organization providing shelter and care for needy older adults. Over the past century, Hebrew Health Care has become one of the region's leaders in providing health care for adults of all ages.

Hebrew Health Care offers the following services to residents of the Greater Hartford community:

We offer these services through five affiliates:

People who know us feel very passionately about Hebrew Health Care. Families have sought our health services across five generations. Many of our dedicated staff have been with us for over 25 years. More than 400 people volunteer their time to support our mission. And even more provide the financial support that any non-profit organization needs to achieve greatness.

Hebrew Health Care is non-sectarian in all of its programs, and welcomes people of all religious and ethnic backgrounds. Programs are offered in an Orthodox Jewish environment, providing Kosher food and voluntary observation of religious customs.
